Frequently Asked

Do participants need a technical background to join?

Not at all. The AI-Assisted Productivity Bootcamp is explicitly designed for non-technical staff. The Ethics program and Innovation Lab program require only curiosity and a willingness to engage with new ways of working. We start from where your team actually is.

Are the programs delivered in English or Vietnamese?

Programs are available in both English and Vietnamese depending on your team's needs. We typically recommend the language that allows participants to engage most naturally and ask questions freely. Please mention your preference when enquiring.

Can we run sessions remotely, or only in Da Nang?

Both in-person and remote formats are available. In-person sessions at your Da Nang premises or our facility often allow for richer collaborative exercises, but remote delivery works well for geographically distributed teams. Hybrid arrangements are also possible.

How many people can participate in a single cohort?

The Productivity Bootcamp accommodates 10 to 15 participants per group. The Ethics program typically suits groups of 8 to 20. For the Innovation Lab, we work with your organization as a whole and rotate staff through lab time as part of the program design. Larger organizations can discuss custom arrangements.

What does the Innovation Lab setup actually include?

The 14-week Innovation Lab engagement covers lab design (physical and digital), tool selection and provisioning, experiment design methodology, staff rotation planning, evaluation frameworks, and facilitation of the first three experiment cycles. We also deliver a complete lab operations manual and knowledge management setup so your team can continue independently after the engagement ends.

How do I know which program is right for our organization?

A short initial conversation is usually all it takes. We'll ask about your team's current AI experience, your organization's goals, and the time and resources you have available. From there we can suggest the most appropriate starting point — or a phased approach if you want to build progressively. There's no pressure to commit at that stage.
